If I could make one simple change to the order of things it would be mandatory reflection - not a daily blog by all - but reflective material on jackets and shoes - seen from front, sides and back.

Pedestrians don't even have reflectors! I don't think I can name a regulated vehicle - car, truck, motoped, segway, backhoe, etc. that does not have a reflector - yet "shoes" and "jackets" part of the pedestrians "parts" are not required to have reflectors.

Mailmen, FedEx, UPS, Fireman all have reflective clothing. Shouldn't all people as pedestrians be just as visable to autos at night?

It will happen one day - it wasn't so long ago that mailmen, Fedex drivers, UPS etc. didn't have reflective wear.

If change is going to happen it ought to happen sooner to save more lives - all are loved and should be cherished in reflection.
